After your successful purchase of a deal, we pass the information to the agency within 30 minutes. The service provider agency shall contact you within 4 hours from the time of your purchase.

Yes, any and all details required to embark on your project should be provided by you to the agency. If need be, you should sign NDA with the agency before you provide such details. If you fail to provide details required to embark on your project within two weeks of the purchase of a deal, your deal shall expire and no refunds or claims shall be entertained for the same.

No, all deals sold on WebEshop are non-refundable
